Description

Prioritizing an individualized, client-centered approach, the Hep-C In-reach Education and Support program supports people living with and at risk of acquiring Hep C. We meet clients where they’re at to support their well-being in non-judgemental and supportive ways. 

We offer: 

  • In Reach education 
  • Advocacy
  • Referrals to testing and treatment 
  • Prevention strategies
  • Pre- and post- counselling 
  • Re-integration support
