Women’s Community Program

Description

The Women’s Community program supports incarcerated and formerly incarcerated women living with or at risk of acquiring HIV and Hep C in Ontario.

Our program coordinator provides one-on-one:

  • case management support
  • reintegration support 
  • harm reduction information and resourcesHIV and Hep C prevention education
  • Community based programming 

The Women’s Community Program is offered both at our office in Moss Park as well as in Ontario prisons.
